  • When does the app launch?

    We will launch our pilot test on August 4, 2017, and have an official Launch during the month of August!

  • How does the app work?

    Rezerv connects drivers looking for parking with registered homes that have available parking stalls. After downloading the app, simply make an account as a driver or a host and you’re in action. For drivers, set your destination and approximate length of stay, then we will give you specs on the price and location of the most efficient stall. Once accepted, you will be navigated directly to your Rezerv parking stall. For hosts, set your hours of availability, then get paid!

  • What If I go over my approximate length of stay?

    Rezerv matches you with the driveway that best suits your desired length of stay. If you exceed your length of stay, there will be penalties based on whether or not you exceed the homeowner’s set hours of operation. Small fines will follow exceeding within the hours of operation, while bigger fines and possible towing will follow exceeding beyond the hours of operation. In order to prevent this from happening, we will notify you 20 minutes before your time is up and inform you on the homeowner’s hours of operation.

  • What happens if somebody is parked in my reserved stall?

    Due to our complex backend architecture, this is improbable. In the unlikely event that this does happen, however, you can report this case on your application and you will be directed to the closest open stall nearby.

  • What if my vehicle is damaged?

    You can report any damages to our 24/7 customer support via phone (424) 442-9843 or email and take photos directly on the Rezerv app. We will then analyse your damages, consult with the driveway owners, and come to a conclusion for reimbursement.

  • How long can I park in the stall?

    You can park for as long as the driveway is available. We only ask you how long you plan on parking to connect you with a stall that matches your preferred hours.

  • How do I set the price?

    You don’t have to! We will market and price your parking stall based on local competition and demand. This gives us the ability to surge prices accordingly and make you maximum profit.

  • How do I get paid?

    As you host drivers in your driveway you will begin earning credit in your Rezerv profile. You can then cash out your profits in the form of a prepaid credit card or check. We also provide the option of directly donating your proceeds to reduce carbon footprinting. Wherever you are, just sit back, relax, and rack up credit!

  • Who can see my personal information?

    Your personal information will be completely private to the public. Only your address and driveway information will be disclosed to the drivers once they have provided their personal information and their credit card number as a security deposit. Our system is completely safe and secure as we track every transaction and monitor all users.

  • What happens if my property is damaged?

    If your property is disturbed or damaged contact our 24/7 support center at (424) 442-9843, or email us at, and we will be on it immediately. Any damages will be promptly reimbursed at the expense of the driver. You also have the option of reporting any problems on your personal account.

  • What if I have more than one stall?

    For you, the more the merrier! You can register as many owned stalls as you want with Rezerv and set the hours of operations as you please. The longer your stall(s) are open, the more opportunity there is to make money.

  • What if I use my stall every day?

    Rezerv works around your schedule. You set your own availability and whenever you leave your driveway empty, you can schedule it to start making money. We also include a 30 minute buffer to make sure nobody is parked in your stall when you come back!

  • What happens if customers overstay their welcome?

    If drivers overstay their welcome at your cherished abode, contact our 24/7 support center at (424) 442-9843 and a tow truck will be on its way to remove the vehicle.

  • How do I set my available hours?

    You can set your availability on your personal account. You are capable of adding to/changing your availability whenever you choose. Our availability calendar will be accessible to registered homeowners starting June 23, 2017.

  • How should I take a photo of my driveway?

    When registering your driveway with Rezerv, we prefer that you allow a staff member to come to your house and take a professional photo of your driveway for precision purposes. If not, you can take your own photo of your driveway and directly upload it to your personal account. This feature will be available starting June 23, 2017.

  • What if two people show up at my stall?

    The chances of two people showing up at the same stall is equivalent to the chances of finding parking in Venice on First Friday’s--nearly impossible. Rezerv has a complicated yet efficient backend architecture that prevents two people from knowing or booking your stall location at the same time.

  • How long can I keep my driveway open?

    The choice is yours. Just remember that the longer you keep your driveway open, the more money you can potentially make.

  • Am I responsible for the car in my driveway?

    As the homeowner, you hold no responsibility for the car in your driveway. Any problems the car may encounter in your driveway are under the responsibility of the car owner and will be mediated by Rezerv employees.

  • What if my property is rented, not owned?

    There are no laws revolving around subletting a driveway on private property. Unless you have signed a contract explicitly stating that you cannot let others park in your driveway, you’re in the clear. Rented or owned, money can be made!
