How to enable Spot Booking?
- Login to your business portal.
- Go to the Management then select Outlets.
- Choose the outlet that you want to enable Spot Booking for.
- Select Facilities at the left side.
- Choose which level and which room that you want to enable Spot Booking for.
- Click the pencil icon on a facility or room.
- Scroll down and toggle on Spot booking.
- Upload the room layout picture.
- Give each spot a name (e.g. A1, A2, A3, etc) according to the room capacity that you have set before.
- Lastly, click Save.
To enable Spot Booking feature, please make sure that you subscribe to Business tier or above.

How do your customers reserve their favourite spot?
- Choose the class schedule they want to book then click Book Now.
- On the section Select your spot, your customers can see the room layout picture uploaded then choose a spot on Choose your spot dropdown menu.
- Select the package they want to use to book the class.
- Click Book Now at the bottom.
