The Challenge

After customers made their PayNow payments, Kin had to assign each of them an individual coupon code—a string of obscure alphabets and characters—so they could book online, which added to the complexity and inconvenience.

The use of coupon codes not only complicated the payment process but also made the booking process cumbersome. Each time a client wanted to book a class, they had to enter a coupon code provided after making a manual payment.

Reflecting on the challenges with the previous system, Kin shared, "The booking process of our old booking system was so complicated that even I, as the owner, found it frustrating. If I were a client, I wouldn't have wanted to book my own classes. It was clear that we needed a more seamless and user-friendly solution."
