That’s why we’re excited to announce our latest feature, "One-Time Course"—a powerful feature designed to transform how you organise and sell courses, workshops, events, and even retreats. Whether you're hosting events onsite, online, or adopting a hybrid approach, Rezerv makes it effortless to manage every aspect of your event planning and execution.


With One-Time Course, you can set competitive ticket prices, assign dedicated facilitators, and ensure seamless check-in experiences for your attendees. Behind the scenes, Rezerv’s intuitive dashboard offers real-time insights into ticket sales and revenue, empowering you to make informed decisions and optimise your events.


This new feature is designed to empower businesses to take their event management to the next level, making it easier than ever to engage audiences and drive growth.


Let’s discover how to use Rezerv's One-Time Course:


I. How to create the course

Begin by setting up your course structure within the platform to ensure everything is neatly organised from the start.




  1. Login to your business portal.
  2. Go to the Services, then go to the Courses tab, then choose Courses.
  3. Create course category:
  4. Click + Add Course button, then select Add course category.
  5. Enter a name for your course category in the designated field.
  6. Create a course:
  7. Once the category is created, navigate to the category you wish to add the course to. 
  8. Click on the ‘+’ symbol to start adding a course within the chosen category.


II. How to add your course details

Adding detailed information to your course ensures that potential participants have all the necessary information to make an informed decision about enrolling.




  1. Make sure you’re on the Details tab.
  2. Populate course information
  3. Enter the name of your course in the Course name field
  4. Use the Description box to add a comprehensive description of what the course entails. Optionally, embed a video URL or add an image to make the description more engaging.
  5. Add visual and tag elements: 
  6. In the Media section, add a thumbnail for your course
  7. You can upload images in JPG, PNG, or GIF format, ensuring the file size is less than 1 MB.
  8. Alternatively, use a URL to add an image or embed a video from platforms like YouTube or Vimeo.
  9. Add a tag to help categorise your course under Tag (Optional). You may upload an icon for your tag or use an available icon from the system
  10. Finalise course categorization and difficulty:
  11. Confirm that your course is listed under the correct Course category
  12. Optionally, create subcategories for your course under Sub category (Optional)
  13. You can also set a difficulty info for your course on the Level (Optional), you can create the difficulty by yourself on the course settings that we will explain in
  14. Set terms and conditions:
  15. If your course requires specific enrollment terms, toggle on the Terms and conditions switch.
  16. Enter detailed terms and conditions in the provided field, ensuring all legal or procedural requirements are clearly stated.


III. How to set where your course will be held

Select the optimal location setting for your course to accommodate your participants, whether they are attending online, onsite, or through a hybrid format.




  1. Make sure you’re on the Where is it tab.
  2. Choose the course venue type:
  3. Set onsite location: if your course is to be held physically
  4. Click the Onsite option.
  5. Choose your location from the dropdown Location menu
  6. Under the chosen location, specify the facility where the course will be held 
  7. If your course spans multiple facilities at the same location, click + Add another facility
  8. Set online location: if your course is to be held virtually
  9. Click the Online option.
  10. Provide the URL link for the live video platform and, optionally, add meeting IDs or passwords if required.
  11. Set hybrid location: if your course is to be held both physically and virtually at the same time
  12. Click the Hybrid option.
  13. Specify both the physical location details and the online meeting URL


IV. How to set who’s conducted your course

Assign facilitators and define their roles to ensure your course is delivered by qualified personnel, enhancing the learning experience for participants.




  1. Make sure you’re on the Who’s conducting it tab.
  2. Decide on facilitation needs:
  3. If your course will be conducted without a facilitator:
  4. Select the No facilitator option.
  5. If your course will be conducted with one or more facilitators:
  6. Select the With facilitator present option.
  7. Designate roles:
  8. Under Select your facilitator’s role, choose the appropriate role from the dropdown menu. The selected role will be visible on the course details page.
  9. Assign facilitator:
  10. Under Add Facilitator, select staff members from your team to assign them as a facilitator
  11. If you need to include facilitators who are not part of your regular staff click + Add Guest Facilitator dropdown
  12. Fill out the form with the guest facilitator’s details:
  13. Enter the first name and, optionally, the last name.
  14. Upload an optional image for the facilitator.
  15. Provide a mobile number and email address if necessary to ensure they receive all relevant course information and updates.
  16. Click Done to save the facilitator’s information and add them to the course.
  17. If you need to assign more facilitators, click the + Add another facilitator button and repeat the process.


V. How to set when your course will be held

Schedule your course effectively by defining the start and end times, ensuring all participants are aware of the timing details.




  1. Make sure you’re on the When is it tab.
  2. Select Single course option to specify it’s a one-time event.
  3. Set start and end times:
  4. Choose the Start date and Start time for when the course will begin.
  5. Select the End date and End time for when the course will conclude.
  6. Add multiple sessions (if applicable): If your course runs on multiple days or times
  7. Click the + Add another start date button to add additional sessions.
  8. Repeat the process for each new session, setting specific start and end times for each.
  9. Once all dates are added, click the Done button to ensure they are saved and displayed correctly on your course details page.


VI. How to add ‘What to expect’ details

In this section, you can outline what participants will learn and experience in the course




  1. Make sure you’re on the What customer can expect tab.
  2. Then toggle on the Display this section switch
  3. Add the Description title
  4. Then add the description of what your customer can expect on the Description
  5. You can also upload image on the Label image (Optional)
  6. If you want to add more points then click the + Add description button


VII. How to add ‘What do you need to bring?’ details

  1. Make sure you’re on the What customer should bring tab.
  2. If your customers does not need to bring specific things for the course choose the No options
  3. If your customers need to bring specific things for the course choose the Yes options
  4. Add the name of the things that your customers need to bring for the course on the Label
  5. You can explain the things more on the Description
  6. You can also upload image on the Label image (Optional)


VIII. How to configure purchase options

  1. Make sure you’re on the Options tab.
  2. Limit ticket purchases:
  3. Navigate to 'Ticket purchase limit'.
  4. To restrict how many tickets each customer can buy, toggle Limit the number of tickets per customer and specify the maximum number.
  5. For limiting tickets based on location (Online, Onsite or both if its Hybrid), toggle Limit the number of tickets at where it is held and specify the number.
  6. Note: It's possible to apply both limitations simultaneously—restricting the number of tickets per customer and setting limits based on where the course is held. This dual approach ensures better control over ticket distribution and event capacity.
  7. Determine customer eligibility:
  8. Navigate to Customer eligibility.
  9. Choose All customers to allow open access for everyone
  10. Or select Specific customers and use the search function to find and select individual names to restrict the course to selected individuals or groups.


IX. How to configure booking options

  1. Make sure you’re on the Options tab.
  2. Auto cancel course: Toggle the Auto cancel course switch to enable or disable automatic cancellation based on ticket sales.
  3. Enable check-in:
  4. Toggle on the Enable check-in switch to activate this feature
  5. Decide when attendees can start checking in. You have two options:
  6. Anytime: Allows participants to check in at any point before the course starts without any restrictions.
  7. Set hours before the course begins to specify the number of hours before the course when check-in is allowed.


X. How to configure publishing options

  1. Make sure you’re on the Options tab.
  2. Visibility settings: 
  3. Navigate to the Who can see your course? section.
  4. Choose Public to allow anyone to view and register for the course. Optionally, you can pin the course as a featured course to enhance its visibility on your website.
  5. Select Private if you wish to keep the course hidden from the general public. This option allows you to sell the course exclusively through your business portal or by sharing a direct link. Copy the course link to distribute as needed.
  6. Publish timing:
  7. Navigate to the When should we publish your course? Section.
  8. Choose Publish now for immediate visibility.
  9. Select Publish later to schedule a future release. Set the visibility date and time by specifying when you want the course to go live.
