Rezerv 2024 feature request results

We’re thrilled to share the results of our recent Rezerv's Year-End Client Feedback Survey!


Thank you to all the clients who participated—your feedback shapes our development roadmap and ensures we prioritize the features that matter most to you.


After reviewing all submissions, we’ve identified four primary requests, ranked by popularity. Below, you’ll find more details about each request and our tentative release schedule.


1. Customer retention tools

You made it clear that keeping your customers happy and engaged is a top priority. The most-requested feature is a suite of customer retention tools designed to reward loyalty and encourage your customers to spread the word about your business.


A. Referral program


Planned Implementation: Q2 2025 


Word-of-mouth marketing is one of the most powerful ways to grow a business, and a referral program helps turn happy customers into brand advocates. With this feature, businesses can incentivize clients to refer friends in exchange for rewards.


How it works:

  • A customer refers a friend to your studio.
  • When the friend signs up and makes a purchase, the referrer gets a reward.
  • Rewards could include a free class session, extra credits, or even monetary rewards (e.g., $20 in a virtual wallet).


Why it matters:

  • Encourages existing clients to spread the word about your business.
  • Helps businesses acquire new customers at a lower cost compared to paid ads.
  • Creates a win-win scenario: customers get rewarded, and businesses grow their community.


B. Gift cards

Loyalty deserves appreciation, and gift cards offer a simple yet effective way to reward clients while also driving revenue. Whether it’s for special occasions, birthdays, or just a way to show appreciation, businesses will soon be able to send or sell gift cards directly to their customers.


How businesses can use gift cards:

  • Sell them as a product for clients to purchase and gift to friends or family.
  • Offer them as a reward for loyalty programs or milestone achievements.
  • Use them as compensation for client referrals, retention incentives, or holiday promotions.


Why it matters:

  • Encourages repeat visits and keeps customers engaged.
  • Gives clients an easy way to share their favorite studio with friends.
  • Creates an additional revenue stream for businesses.


2. Custom forms

Every business has unique needs when it comes to gathering information from clients. That’s why one of the most requested features in our survey was Custom forms—a tool that will give businesses more flexibility in collecting and organizing customer data.


What are custom forms?

Custom forms will allow businesses to create personalized forms that customers can fill out directly through the Rezerv platform. Instead of relying on external tools or manual paperwork, businesses can now collect and manage all their data in one place.


How businesses can use custom forms:

  • Client intake forms – Gather essential details when new clients sign up, such as medical history, fitness goals, or preferences.
  • Event & workshop registrations – Make it easier for clients to sign up for special events, courses, or workshops with custom questions tailored to each occasion.
  • Feedback & surveys – Collect customer insights to improve services and understand client satisfaction.

  • Saves time & effort – No more manually managing customer data across different platforms. Everything is stored securely within Rezerv.
  • Improves client experience – Seamless and professional forms make it easier for clients to provide information.

3. Lead generation & management

Attracting new clients is just as important as retaining existing ones, which is why we’re introducing Lead generation & management—a feature designed to work seamlessly with our Automated marketing tools. This update will make it easier for businesses to capture, track, and convert potential customers, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.


Easily capture and track leads

Many business owners struggle to track where their new customers are coming from, making it difficult to refine their marketing strategies. With this new feature, you’ll be able to collect and manage leads effortlessly.


How it works:

  • Business owners can create a lead capture form and embed it directly on their website.
  • Prospective clients can fill out the form to express interest in classes, memberships, or special promotions.
  • The system will automatically tag leads with their source (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google, ClassPass, 1Fit, etc.), giving businesses a clear view of where their marketing efforts are paying off.

  • Better marketing insights – Knowing where leads come from allows businesses to optimize their ad spend and focus on the most effective marketing channels.

4. Customer progress tracking

For businesses in fitness, wellness, and similar industries, tracking client progress is essential. Our customer progress tracking feature is designed to help you monitor, analyze, and support your clients' journeys with precision.


What is customer progress tracking?

This feature will allow business owners to track and log their clients’ fitness progress, workout plans, and overall performance directly within Rezerv. Instead of relying on spreadsheets or external tools, everything will be conveniently stored and managed within the platform.


How it works:

  • Monitor progress metrics – Log fitness milestones such as weight changes, strength improvements, or flexibility gains.
  • Goal setting & achievements – Clients can set goals, and businesses can track their progress to keep them engaged.
  • Workout & progress tracking – Business owners can monitor their clients’ fitness progress, workout plans, and overall performance to ensure they stay on track toward their goals.
  • Track martial arts belt progression & skill levels – Ideal for martial arts schools and dojos, this feature will allow business owners to track students’ belt levels, skill assessments, and grading progress.
