1. Recurring courses

We've upgraded the features for one-time courses to offer an even more convenient and efficient experience for both you and your customers. This new feature enables you to transform one-time courses into recurring sessions, allowing you to schedule courses to automatically repeat at chosen intervals—daily, weekly, or monthly.


When a customer purchases a recurring course, they are automatically enrolled in every session according to the course's schedule. This automation eliminates the need for participants to manually register for each session, streamlining the entire process.




Q1 2025


1. Integration with Paystack payment gateway

We’re excited to announce the integration of Paystack as our latest payment gateway option, joining our existing lineup of Stripe, 2C2P, FIUU, and Xendit.


Paystack is tailored with a focus on the African market offering seamless payment options across key markets like Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, and South Africa.


With Paystack, your fitness business will gain access to an expanded variety of payment options. Beyond traditional methods such as credit cards and bank transfers, Paystack allows your customers to make payments through popular local options like Mobile Money, USSD and other region-specific payment methods.


By adding Paystack to our existing integrations with Stripe, 2C2P, FIUU, and Xendit, we continue to strengthen our commitment to providing comprehensive payment solutions for your fitness business—no matter where your customers are located.


2. Pricing Plan Enhancement

We're excited to announce that a major upgrade to our Pricing Plan Module is on the horizon! This enhancement is designed to give you even more flexibility and control over how you structure your pricing, helping you to meet the evolving needs of your customers while optimising revenue.


Here’s a sneak peek of what’s coming:


A. Rollover credits

With the new Rollover functionality, you’ll be able to create recurring memberships where unused credits from one cycle can automatically carry over to the next. 


For example, if a customer purchases a recurring membership with 20 credits but doesn’t use them all by the end of the month, those remaining credits will roll over into the next period. This helps increase the perceived value of your memberships and encourages long-term customer retention.


B. Time-based pricing

Our upcoming Time-based pricing is a new feature that lets you adjust both drop-in fees and credit usage based on the time of day. This means you can charge different rates during peak and non-peak hours, providing flexibility for your business and customers. 


For example, a tennis court drop-in might cost $40 during peak hours but only $35 during non-peak times. Similarly, for credit-based bookings, you can reduce the credits needed—for instance, from two credits during normal hours to one credit during non-peak hours. 


This dynamic pricing helps optimise revenue by charging more when demand is high and offering incentives during quieter times, improving both resource management and customer satisfaction.


C. Pricing plan restrictions

We’re excited to introduce the Pricing plan restrictions feature, which gives you the ability to control when a certain membership or package can be used. You can customise when customers can book classes or services based on the restrictions you define, such as certain days of the week or specific time slots.


For example, you can set a package so that customers can only book the classes from Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5 PM. With this feature, your customers are restricted to book a class outside of these time periods.


This flexibility allows you to create more varied and tailored membership options, appealing to different customer preferences.


D. Pax count

In response to feedback from Pilates studio owners, we’re introducing the Pax Count feature, offering more flexibility for fitness businesses to create and sell packages that cater to multiple participants. This feature allows business owners to assign a specific number of participants (pax) to a package, such as Duo (2 pax) or Trio (3 pax), providing more options for clients who want to bring others along.


Here’s the key functions of the Pax count feature:


Auto slot allocation for multi-pax bookings: When a customer books a class using a package that allows for multiple participants (like Duo or Trio pax), the system will automatically reserve the corresponding number of slots based on the pax count in their booking. This ensures that the right amount of equipment is reserved for the group.


For example, a customer books a Pilates session using a Trio pax package (which allows them to bring two other participants, for a total of 3 people). If the session has three reformers available, the system will automatically reserve three slots—one for each participant. This ensures that all three reformers are accounted for.


Once this booking is made, the system will update the class availability to reflect that no slots are remaining for the session. Without this automatic allocation, overbooking could occur, but with the Pax count feature, the number of available spots is accurately tracked in real-time.


E. Flexible fee management

We're introducing greater flexibility for managing fees. You’ll soon be able to set up various fee structures, such as late cancellation fee, no-show fee, one-time joining fee, and annual membership fee. This will allow you to protect your revenue and ensure that policies such as late cancellation and no-show penalties are easily managed.


F. New member-only pricing plan

We're excited to introduce the New member-only pricing plan feature, specifically designed to attract first-time customers while ensuring that existing members don’t take advantage of introductory offers.


With this feature, you can create packages and memberships that are exclusively available to new members—customers who have never made a purchase with your business before. These pricing plans can include special discounts, additional credits, or other attractive perks to entice first-time sign-ups.


Once a member has made any purchase in the past, they will no longer be eligible to buy these new member-only plans. This ensures that your introductory offers are targeted solely at brand-new customers, preventing existing members from accessing these promotional plans.


G. Bundle package

We're excited to introduce the Bundle package feature, which provides even more flexibility in how you create and manage your packages. The Bundle package allows you to assign specific credit values to individual classes or services within one package. This means your customers can purchase a single package that includes different amounts of credits for various classes, giving them more variety and options.


For example, a customer purchases a Fitness Bundle package that includes:


  • 5 Hot Yoga Class
  • 5 Hatha Yoga Class
  • 3 Barre Class
  • 2 Reformer Pilates Class


So, instead of buying separate packages for each class type, they now have a single bundle with the appropriate number of credits for each type of class. They can use these credits according to the assigned value for each class, making the process more flexible and convenient.


3. Customisable system emails

With the Customisable System Emails feature, you now have the ability to tailor the content of every email sent to your customers. Be it a package transaction email, class booking email, class cancellation email, or any other customer correspondence, you can customise it to reflect your brand's tone and messaging.


Whether you want to add a personal touch, communicate a special offer, or simply ensure that your brand's voice is consistent, our "Customisable System Emails" feature gives you the tools to make it happen.

1. Integration with Xendit payment gateway

We’re excited to announce the integration of Xendit as our latest payment gateway, further expanding our lineup that already includes Stripe, 2C2P, and FIUU


Xendit is tailored for businesses in Southeast Asia, offering seamless payment options across key markets like Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.


With Xendit, your fitness business can now accept some of Southeast Asia's most popular payment methods, including QR code payments, e-wallets, virtual accounts, retail outlets/OTC, and even Buy Now, Pay Later instalments. 


By integrating Xendit, we continue our commitment to providing you with region-specific payment solutions, making it easier than ever for your fitness business to cater to the needs of your Southeast Asian customers.


2. Branded Mobile App

We're excited to announce our latest feature, the Branded Mobile App, which enables gyms and fitness studios to have their own personalised mobile app.


With this feature, you can customise your mobile app with your gym's name, logo, and brand colours, creating a unique and professional look for your business.


The Branded Mobile App feature provides you with the opportunity to enhance your customer's experience by giving them access to your gym's services and amenities directly through the app. Your customers will be able to view and book classes, make payments, and even access your online store, all through your branded mobile app.


In addition to these benefits, having a branded mobile app can also help to boost your gym's visibility and credibility. By providing your customers with a professional and convenient way to access your gym's services, you'll be able to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, while also attracting new customers.

1. Courses, events, and workshops (One-time course)


Now, you can create and offer your very own courses, events, and workshops. What's more, your clients can enroll in these offerings directly, bypassing the need for a full membership or package. 


This flexibility is ideal for those who are looking to focus on a specific area of interest or participate in just a single event, all without the obligation of a long-term package or membership commitment.


2. Marketing Campaign


With the Marketing Campaign feature, you can send various types of emails automatically. Are there new users on your platform? Send them a welcome email. Is it a customer's birthday? Send them a personalised greeting. And for those who haven't been to your classes in a while, a 'welcome back' email could be just the thing to get them active again.


Utilising automated email campaigns not only saves your time but also helps you target the right audience with the right message at the right time, thereby strengthening your customer relationships and boosting engagement levels.


Feature Enhancements


1. Appointments for multiple service types

Now, your customers can effortlessly book appointments for multiple service types in a single reservation. For instance, they can easily combine a 1-hour hair treatment with a 1-hour nail treatment, all without the hassle of scheduling separate bookings


2. Sign up via email

Your customers now have the enhanced option to create an account on your website using their email address, in addition to the previous method of using a mobile number. This update provides a more versatile and convenient way for users to sign up and log in.


3. Pay in store

Allow your customer to select and purchase packages or memberships through your website but then complete their payment at a later time directly at your outlet. This method bypasses the immediate need for online payment, it's an ideal solution for customers who prefer cash transactions or simply wish for a more tangible payment experience.


Once they decide to complete their payment in-store, you can effortlessly mark the transaction as paid, whether they choose QR payment, bank transfer, cash, or the "Bill to Account" option for credit card payments.

New Features


1. Appointments (Single service)


Our appointment feature will enable your customers to book appointments online, which will save them time and effort. They will be able to choose the date and time that works best for them, and they will receive a confirmation email once the appointment is booked.


This feature will also help you manage your schedule more efficiently by reducing the need for manual scheduling. You can easily view and manage all your appointments in one place, and you can also send automated reminders to your customers before their scheduled appointments.


This feature will help you provide a better customer experience by making it easier for your customers to book appointments with your business.


2. Basic Point of Sales (POS) System


Our basic POS system is designed so you can quickly create a sales transaction and charge it directly to a customer’s credit card. This offers an effortless and seamless solution for processing payments, reducing transaction time, and ensuring smooth customer experiences.


Understanding that not all customers may have their credit card registered on the platform, we have included the provision to add your customer card details manually. This means you can still serve customers quickly, even if they haven't registered their card information.


For customers who prefer using physical cards, our POS system integrates with Stripe terminals, enabling you to tap their card and process the payment effortlessly. This addition means your customers have a multitude of payment methods at their disposal.

1. More payment methods with Stripe


If you are using Stripe to accept payments, we have a good news. We will integrate Stripe Elements into your website’s checkout page which your customers will be able to choose different payment methods to purchase your packages. This enhancement will improve your overall customer experience.

1. Drop-in price for a class


You can have an option to offer a drop-in price for each of your classes which your customers are not required to buy a package first in order to book a class. They can book your class using the drop-in price and proceed to the payment. This enhancement is very beneficial especially for your new customers who are willing to trial your class before committed to buy a package of credits.

November 2023


New Features


1. Outlet access


Your gym members can now use their membership QR code to check in at your facility with the outlet access feature. Once they scan their QR code, our system will verify their membership status. If their membership is still valid, they will be able to check in directly.


This feature is ideal for members who prefer spontaneous workouts or have variable schedules. It’s also an excellent solution for gyms during peak hours when the front desk can get busy. It significantly reduces check-in time and allows your staff to focus on providing excellent customer service.

2. Commission and salary calculation


Accurate and efficient payroll management is crucial for any fitness business. Our new Commission and Salary Calculation feature makes this process a breeze!


With this feature, you can now easily calculate the amount you owe your staff and trainers based on the number of classes they have handled.


This flexible feature allows you to manage your payroll effectively, whether you pay your staff based on the number of classes they handle, a fixed salary, or a combination of both. Say goodbye to your old manual commission calculations and hello to streamline payroll management with Rezerv!

Feature Enhancements


1. Membership joining fee


With this enhancement, your fitness business can collect a joining fee from customers when they purchase a membership.


This feature will help you generate additional revenue while also covering the extra administrative work it takes to assist a member in getting started. It will also reduce the risk of onboarding by streamlining the sign-up process and ensuring proper data entry.

2. Transfer credits


If you have customers who are unable to use the remaining credits in their package and the expiry date is approaching, they can transfer the package to another customer in your gym or studio. The recipient of the package will be able to use the remaining credits.


  • Business portal: Go to Pricing plan → Packages → select a package → Options → Set as transferable
  • Customer website: Go to My packages → select a package → Transfer package

3. Enhanced membership details in the business portal


Every customer’s membership has a comprehensive page in your business portal that shows membership details like billing cycle, booking limit, freeze details, cancellation details, payment method, discount, and all the past and upcoming invoices.


4. Group booking enabled for classes that required more than 1 credit


If you offer a class that requires more than one credit to book (e.g. a Pilates reformer class), your customers can book for themselves and their friends, and the credits will be deducted accordingly. For example, if a customer books a class that requires 2 credits for himself and his 3 friends, then there will be a total of 8 credits deducted from his package.


5. Razer’s payment methods in the shared mobile app


Your customers can purchase a package or membership in the mobile app by using Razer’s payment methods such as bank transfer, virtual account, and e-wallet.

1. Customer Mobile App (Shared App)


We are excited to announce the launch of our new mobile app! Our new mobile app is designed to make it easier for your customers to manage their fitness bookings, packages, and memberships from anywhere, at any time.


With our new mobile app, your customers can quickly and easily purchase packages and memberships, book classes, and check-in by simply scanning a QR code directly from their phone. This convenient feature provides your customers with a seamless booking experience, allowing them to easily manage their fitness routine while on the go.


Additionally, the app provides real-time updates on class availability, making it easier for your customers to plan their schedule and stay up to date with your business.

1. Facility check-in with turnstile integration


With this facility check-in feature, your members can scan their membership QR code on the turnstile gate to check in at your gym facility. The process is simple and quick. 


Once they scan their QR code, our system will verify their membership status. If their membership is still valid, they will be able to check in directly and gain instant access to your gym facilities. This eliminates the need for them to book a slot, thereby offering more flexibility and convenience.


This feature is perfect for members who enjoy spontaneous workouts or those with variable schedules. It's also a great solution for gyms during peak hours when the front desk can get busy. 1. Set booking size limit


Our latest feature, "Set Booking Size Limit", is designed to give you more control over your booking process. With this feature, you can easily set the maximum number of people allowed in a single booking. This helps you manage the number of customers at a time, ensuring a more organised and comfortable experience for everyone.


But there's more to this feature than just setting a maximum limit! It also allows you to customise the booking size limit for specific packages. This means that you can flexibly adjust the size of your bookings according to your operational capabilities and the specifics of the package, giving you greater control over your service offerings.

2. Penalty system for membership bookings


This new feature is specifically designed to promote commitment and attendance among your membership base.


With our penalty system, you can establish how many strikes (instances of no-shows or last minute class cancellations) a customer with a membership can accrue within a specified period. 


If a customer exceeds the strike limit, they will face either a penalty, such as being unable to book a class for a certain number of days, or a no-show/cancellation fee.


You can also set a timeframe for when their strikes get erased and they start with a clean slate. This gives members the chance to improve their commitment to classes.


This system can reduce the number of cancellations and no-shows that can disrupt your operations. It also cuts down on wasted spots and ensures that your resources are used efficiently.

We’re excited to announce the integration of 2C2P as a new payment gateway option, in addition to Stripe and Razer Merchant Services.


2C2P is specially designed for the Southeast Asian market, particularly Indonesia, and offers a wide range of payment options to meet the needs of gym and studio customers.


With 2C2P, your fitness business will have access to an even wider range of payment options. In addition to traditional payment methods such as virtual accounts, credit cards, and bank transfers, 2C2P provides unique options tailored to the Indonesian market, including e-wallets, QRIS, and retail outlets/OTC.


This will allow gym and studio owners to easily and securely accept payments from their customers in a way that meets their specific needs.


In addition to our existing integrations with Stripe and Razer Merchant Services, the integration with 2C2P further strengthens our commitment to providing the best possible payment options for your fitness business.

Feature Enhancements


1. Enhanced recurring payment in memberships


Hooray! Now, you can set your membership to recur every X day(s), X week(s), and X month(s). This provides you with more flexible ways to sell your memberships.


You can also freeze your customer’s memberships by the number of days, weeks, months, and years. When you freeze a membership, our system will automatically push back the billing cycle (and the next payment due) as well as the membership end date.


In addition to that, our recurring memberships enable you to manually change the end date of the membership, set the minimum commitment period with a cancellation fee, and limit the number of bookings by days, weeks, months, and cycles.

1. Promo code


Are you looking for a way to boost sales and attract new customers to your fitness business? With our latest Promo Code feature, you can offer your customers a discounted rate on your packages and memberships!


This feature allows you to create custom promo codes that your customers can use to get a discount on their purchase. You can specify the discount amount, the expiry date, and the packages/memberships that are eligible for the discount.


By using Promo Codes, you can incentivize customers to buy packages and memberships and increase your sales. It's a great way to run marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new customers.

1. Auto Check-in


Our highly requested feature! By enabling “Auto Check-in”, your customer no longer needs to scan the location QR code before joining a class. The class or session will be automatically completed once the session ends. If they didn’t show up for the class, you can still manually mark them as no-show.

1. Automatically combine packages for group booking


Our latest feature will make group booking even more convenient for your customers - the ability to automatically combine packages.


With this innovative addition to our software, your customers that are looking to book group events for their friends can now effortlessly combine credits from different packages, maximising the value of their purchases and simplifying the booking process.


This feature allows your customers to seamlessly merge unused credits from previous packages with newly purchased credits, making group bookings a breeze. No longer will they need to worry about juggling multiple packages or letting unused credits go to waste.


Instead, they can focus on enjoying memorable experiences with their friends and family, knowing that they're getting the most out of their investments!


2. Automatically assign shareable packages to all child accounts


We're excited to announce our latest improvements that will make managing shareable packages even easier for your customers with family accounts. 


With this feature, when your customers purchase a shareable package they now have the option to choose automatic assignment to all of their child accounts. This means that any time they purchase a shareable package from your business, it will be automatically added to all of their child accounts, making it easier to manage their family's accounts.


3. Create free trial package for new customers


With this new feature, you can create a free trial package that will be automatically assigned to new customers who sign up. This means that when a new customer signs up on your website, they will automatically receive a free trial package, without having to do anything else.


To ensure that the free trial package is exclusively available to new customers, we've made it so that it will be hidden from the packages page on your customer's website. This way, existing customers won't see the free trial package as an option, and it will remain exclusive to new sign-ups.


What's more, with our advanced automation tools, you can even set up the free trial package to be automatically added to any user who meets specific criteria, such as those who just signed up from a specific date or existing non-members. This means you can target specific groups of customers and provide them with a tailored experience that is relevant to their needs!

4. Add floating Whatsapp button on the website


Your website just got a whole lot more customer-friendly with our new floating WhatsApp button! With this new feature, your customers will now be able to easily reach out to you with any questions or concerns they may have, without having to navigate through your website to find your contact information.


The floating WhatsApp button will be prominently displayed on your website, ensuring that it is always visible and accessible to your customers. By simply clicking on the button, they will be able to open a chat with you directly in WhatsApp, making it quick and easy to get in touch.


In addition to the floating WhatsApp button, your WhatsApp information will be automatically displayed on your contact page, providing customers with multiple ways to reach out and connect with you.

5. Refund all other payment methods

1. Spot booking


Everyone is familiar with the customer who always uses the same spot and equipment and becomes dissatisfied when their preferred option is occupied. To enhance the customer experience, we are thrilled to unveil our new Spot Booking feature.


With the Spot Booking feature, your customers can now reserve their desired spot or equipment before the class starts, ensuring that their preferred spot is waiting for them when they arrive.


This feature will not only improve the customer experience, but it will also boost customer satisfaction and help increase the likelihood of repeat visits to your fitness business.

2. Group booking

With Group Booking, your customers can now easily book classes and sessions together with their friends, family, or other guests. Rather than each individual making separate bookings and coordinating schedules, your customer can now invite their friends and make the booking for them. This feature not only adds convenience for your customers but also helps you increase your customer base and boost your revenue.

1. Dynamic payment methods


To build a seamless and positive customer experience, it is essential for a fitness business to give its customer the flexibility to choose their preferred payment method.


That’s why our new Dynamic Payment Method features will allow your customers to choose from multiple payment options including Stripe, Fazz SG (PayNow), and our upcoming payment gateway (Razer Merchant Services,and Xendit) to purchase packages or memberships.


This not only provides a more convenient and efficient process for your customers, but it also helps you increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Minimum attendance auto-cancellation


With this feature, you now have the ability to set a minimum number of students required for a class to take place. If the minimum attendance is not met, the class will automatically be cancelled, saving you time and hassle.


This feature is ideal for fitness businesses that offer specialised or niche classes that require a certain number of participants to be financially viable. It's also great for classes that have limited capacity, such as small group training sessions or personal training sessions.


In addition to saving you time, the Minimum Attendance Feature also helps you manage your resources more effectively. By cancelling classes that don't meet the minimum attendance, you can avoid wasting time, money, and resources, and instead, focus your efforts on more successful classes.

4. Parental waiver form for child account creation


This latest improvement to the Family Account feature will provide additional security and peace of mind for both your business and your customers. 


Because now, when your customer wants to create a child account under their Family Account, they will be prompted to accept and sign a parental waiver form. This form can be customised to include specific details such as medical information or any other important requirements needed to participate in classes.


The Parental Waiver Form feature is a crucial improvement to the Family Account feature, providing additional safeguards and protections for both the business and the parents. It ensures that all parties are aware of their responsibilities and expectations, and helps to mitigate any potential legal issues that may arise.
