Setting up 3 types of member check-ins for your classes and sessions
Learn to set up three different member check-in types for your classes or sessions with this simple guide.
1. Check-in by scanning the outlet’s QR code
Facilitate easy check-ins by setting up a QR code in your gym/studio for members to scan upon arrival.
To find your outlet’s QR code:
- Login to your business portal
- Go to Management > Outlet
- For each of the outlet, click the 3-dot icon and choose Download QR Code
- You can print the QR code and place it at your reception desk
1.1 Member QR Code Check-In Process
Members have two convenient options for check-in using the QR code: via your website or through the Rezerv Mobile App.
Check-in from the website
- Members log in to your website.
- On the top-right corner, click the member’s name and choose My schedule
- Click Check-in on the booked class (The browser will prompt to enable the device’s camera)
- After the camera is enabled, scan the QR code
- Members will be automatically checked-in to the class
Check-in from Rezerv Mobile App
- Members open the Rezerv Mobile App.
- Click Bookings on the menu at the bottom
- Tap Check-in on the booked class
- After the camera is enabled, scan the QR code
- Members will be automatically checked in to the class
2. Manually check-in your members
In situations where members are unable to check in by themselves, you have the option to manually check them in through the business portal.
To manually check-in your members:
- Login to your business portal
- Go to Services > Bookings
- Select the class
- Find your member’s name and click Check-in
3. Enabling Auto Check-In for your members
By enabling Auto Check-in, members won't need to scan a QR code, nor will you need to manually check them in. The system will automatically check them in as soon as the class/session starts.
To enable Auto Check-in:
- Login to your business portal
- Go to Services > Classes > Settings
- Scroll to the Check-ins section
- Turn on Auto Check-in
- Click Save
