How to use Shareable Package?
- Login to your business portal.
- Go to the Pricing Plan page.
- Create a new package under a category.
- On the Details step, scroll down and toggle on “Enable shareable pack”.
- You can set how many people can share this package either it is Unlimited or a certain number of persons.
- Lastly, go settle other information like pricing and congratulations, you have created your first shareable package.
Please note that this feature is available in Business tier and above.
How do your customers share the credits with others?
- Go to the My profile page.
- Open My packages page.
- Find the package that they have purchased and click Invite people.
- Enter the list of names and phone numbers they want to share the credits with.
- Click Next.
- Lastly, enter the email addresses so the people invited will be notified.
When your customers share a package with other people, those people will be registered as your customers and they can already login to your website.
